Jr Project Coordinator

- Manage and distribute program perks including company credits, badges, Exam vouchers, swag codes, meetup platform access, and event discounts. Maintain accurate documentation of all perk allocations.
- Process and respond to community program inquiries, review new applications, and maintain community directories for User Group Leaders and Community Days.
- Compile program metrics and analytics for Monthly Business Reviews, including tracking User Group membership statistics and program engagement data.
- Support daily program operations through documentation management, general administrative tasks, and maintenance of current information on program benefits and events.
- Support the planning and execution of the company and community-led events
Experiencie working with multinational companies/teams abroad
Project management skills, developer coomunity experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills working as PM/Project Coordinator for at least 1-2 years
- Detail-oriented with excellent written communication
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural awareness to work with global community members
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software like Asana, Jira, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with technical communities and understanding developer needs
- Experience working with remote, international teams
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook for functions like mail-merging, vlookups, and PivotTables
- Ability to speak other languages
