IT Project Manager
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
Lead project management activities for the system and/or changes implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget and to the agreed scope and quality.
Establish clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
Create maintain comprehensive project plans and strategies for managing project constraints.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties to ensure activities are executed effectively.
Track project progress and implement corrective actions when needed.
Facilitate project meetings ensuring stakeholders are updated regularly on progress, risks and issues and can make informed decisions.
Align and collaborate with other cross functional and interdependent projects managers to ensure deliverables are aligned
Manage the transition and cut over process of environments from development to staging and production.
Manage project dependencies, risks, issues and develop mitigation plans and escalation procedures
Ensure adherence to the agreed project frameworks and best practices in project management.
Capture and drive lessons learned throughout the project.

Project Management accreditation (PMI, Prince2, other)
ITIL, MSP desirable but not essential
5+ years of project management experience,
Proven track record of managing large-scale IT deployments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making with a proactive approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
