Customer Insights Analyst - PageGroup en Barcelona.

Driving customer Insights analysis combining internal and external data sources to provide business development opportunities for SCS stakeholders
Assist with requirements gathering design and data visualisation for new global KAM Insights product
Streamlining and automating reporting requirements for SCS clients
Data visualisation to measure PSA Value and updating KAM list for international PSAs
Championing Page Insights products including Customer and Global Insights
UAT for Customer and KAM Insights
Provide assistance with reporting and analytics outside of SCS as part of the overall Sales Insights Team

Must have
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills proactive in identifying business development opportunities.
Ability to analyse reporting requirements
Understanding of business change principles
Previous experience with data visualization
Ability to manipulate large volumes of data
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Presentation skills
Language Skills English
