Reporting Specialist (SQL/Tableau/Dataiku)

What we look for?
We are looking for a Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for delivering high-quality ad hoc reports to meet internal business needs, leveraging core banking data sources.
The role requires strong technical expertise in SQL and a solid understanding of banking operations, data structures, and stakeholder engagement.
This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and secure reporting while supporting continuous improvement through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely ad hoc and recurring reports in response to internal requests, ensuring reliability and consistency
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, gather specifications, and manage expectations
- Design, develop, and implement custom reports using data from source systems such as T24, CRM/CLM, and KYC platforms, primarily hosted on Oracle Database or the Global Data Platform (Trino)
- Apply sound data analysis techniques to extract, transform, and present complex datasets in a clear and actionable format
- Uphold data governance principles by enforcing standards related to data quality, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Continuously assess and enhance existing reporting solutions in coordination with stakeholders and IT teams
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team and contribute to documentation of processes, logic, and dependencies
- Act as a trusted point of contact for report-related queries and support
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience in report creation and data extraction using strong SQL proficiency (including complex joins, subqueries, and performance optimization)
- Hands-on experience with Dataiku for data preparation, workflow automation, and collaborative analytics projects
- Solid background in the banking sector, with familiarity with core banking systems and processes (e.g., customer onboarding, account management, transactional data handling)
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with internal clients consultative approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of deliverables
- Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work ethic
- Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools (Tableau, DataIku)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
