Production Lead
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, ensuring alignment with weekly plans provided by the Supply Chain team, and supporting efficient execution on the production floor. This includes leading daily production meetings, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) from the previous day, and analyzing trends to drive continuous improvement.
A key aspect of the role is reporting and data analysis, requiring strong proficiency in Excel and confidence in working with data to generate actionable insights.
The candidate will play an active role in planning shift and daily production schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and that personnel are adequately trained.
In addition, the Production Lead will contribute to modernizing the department by promoting digitalization, improving data sharing, and supporting better, data-driven decision-making across operations.
Production Engineer
Industrial plant within a multinational group
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel (essential) and comfort working with data and reporting tools
0-3 years of experience in production, operations, or a similar environment (internships included)
Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes
Experience in leading teams or coordinating activities (academic, internships, or early career roles)
Willingness to relocate to a remote location and work in a hands-on operational environment
High level of english
