Functional Business Analyst Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) / Finastra Corporate Channels (FCC)
Experience: 6 8 Years
Location: Barcelona or Madrid, Spain (Client Location Work From Office)
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish English (Mandatory)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) and/or Finastra Corporate Channels (FCC). The ideal candidate will work directly from the client site in Barcelona or Madrid, collaborating with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to deliver trade finance and corporate banking solutions aligned with European banking standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Trade Finance and Corporate Banking solutions.
Conduct workshops with business users, operations teams, and stakeholders in both Spanish and English.
Perform requirement analysis, gap analysis, and solution design for Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) and/or Finastra Corporate Channels (FCC).
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Work closely with development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support system configuration, functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Provide domain expertise for Trade Finance products including:
Letters of Credit (Import Export)
Bank Guarantees
Documentary Collections
Trade Loans
Supply Chain Finance
Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to European banking regulations and client policies.
Support production issues, change requests, enhancements, and regulatory updates.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
Required Skills Expertise
Strong functional experience in Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) and/or Finastra Corporate Channels (FCC).
Deep understanding of Trade Finance operations and workflows.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution analysis, and stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of international trade finance practices and SWIFT messaging standards (MT7xx, MT4xx, ISO 20022 preferred).
Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process maps, and user stories.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English (Mandatory).
