King's College, one of our British schools located in the area of Tres Cantos, is looking to fill the position of School Administrative Assistant for immediate incorporation.
The School Administrative Assistant is in charge of all immigration-related paperwork and ensure compliance with national regulations for international students, working closely with school administration to process necessary documents efficiently and serves as the primary point of contact for immigration queries and liaises with authorities, parents and staff as needed.
Key responsabilities an Accountabilities:
Full and unlimited legal support is on hand for all of the below and legal knowledge is not required.
• Oversee all immigration-related paperwork and ensure compliance with national regulations for international students, working closely with school administration to process necessary documents efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for immigration queries and liaise with local and national authorities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records related to immigration.
• Other tasks that may be reasonably required by the Headmaster from time to time.
Job requirements:
• High proficiency in the English language and Spanish.
• Good level of ICT and the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organization and filing skills.
The work is often confidential. The nature of the work should not be shared with other staff.
