Fleet Transition Engineer
As a Fleet Transition Engineer:
Youll lead the technical story of each aircraft: From entry into the fleet to redelivery, youll own the technical integrity of every transition, ensuring aircraft meet safety, regulatory, and contractual standards - no compromises.
Youll be the trusted technical voice: Act as the main point of contact with lessors during audits, acceptances, and rejections, representing the company with confidence and credibility.
Youll turn complexity into clarity: Working with MROs and service providers, youll coordinate repairs, modifications, and reconfigurations, making sure every task is executed to standard and on time.
Youll protect the business through engineering: By supporting lease agreements, acquisitions, and aircraft sales, your technical insight will help manage risk, control costs, and ensure contractual compliance.
Youll collaborate across the organization: Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Legal, and Operations - connecting teams and keeping transitions smooth, aligned, and efficient.
Youll work where regulation meets reality: Reviewing documentation, tracking maintenance actions, and preparing technical reports, youll ensure full compliance with EASA/AESA requirements and lease conditions.
Youll support a growing European fleet: Work will directly enable fleet growth, reliability, and operational readiness across Europe - with real, visible impact.
