Category Manager

Oversee the entire performance and strategy of a product category
Analyse sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize product mix and pricing.
Responsible for identifying customer targets within the category and educating internal teams on the opportunities or targeting.
Collaborates with cross functional teams to secure 360 supports across channels to drive category performance
Ensures category profitability, growth, and alignment with the companys broader marketing strategy.
Work closely with the Brand Director to upskill commercial and marketing teams ensuring that there is understanding of category customer targets for always all activations, promotions and new product launches.
Ability to challenge and hold all teams accountable for the performance to meet our overarching business objectives and the defined category roadmap.
Works with commercial and customer teams to make ranging and differentiation plans, thanks to data analysis to reinforce the strategic recommendations.
Works closely with the demand planner to forecast long-term strategies for product demand and size the prize.
Keeping abreast of consumer trends in the market via data sources and understanding of competitor landscape.

University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Beauty/Luxury or FMCG (with strong brand awarness) marketingor knowledge of fashion and premium brand behaviour.
Exceptional P L and commercial acumen.
Deep understanding of category management and market dynamics.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive category performance.
Expertise in category management, pricing promotional strategies, and retail optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and external-facing customers.
