What were doing: building self-improving loops and agentic products.
Agentic products youll work on: SDR agent (sales navigator agent, emailing outreach agent).
Self-improving loops youll build: coding, support, SEO content, analytics, and company-wide systems (memory, tooling).
You will work directly with me (co-founder CEO).
Requirements: strong Python engineering, power user of agentic coding.
Bonus points: AWS, agentic plumbing observability.
Whats guaranteed: intense execution pace exponential learning curve. Zero bullshit environment, we focus mostly on results and KPIs.
