Content Manager en Barcelona.

The Content Manager for Strategic Customer Solutions will sit within the newly created Channel Marketing team for Strategic Customers and Page Executive and is responsible for planning and producing a blend of commercially-focused editorial content across all of our channels for B2C and B2B to support the growth of our Strategic Customer pillar in priority markets. Will need an adaptable editorial content style with expertise in both long- and short-form content production with an eye for detail and a flair for turning data and insights into engaging copy.
Manage each stage of production for assigned editorial pieces from ideation planning and production through to publication and measurement delivering against the Hero Hub Hygiene model
Produce compelling copy for our B2B and B2C audiences in line with brand tone of voice and editorial guidelines
Produce long-form editorial web content (insight articles how-to guides eBooks) measured against key commercial objectives
Produce short-form content for CRM writing impactful subject lines and making decisions based on data
Ability to self-serve content publication via our website CMS (Drupal)
Use SEO tools to inform content choices and measure effectiveness once published
Track performance of assigned content pieces and optimise based on a range of data sources
