Data Business Analyst

Business Analysis
Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
Ensure requirements focus on business needs rather than predefined solutions
Support prioritisation and alignment of requirements with delivery teams
Obtain stakeholder agreement on documented requirements
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
Support developers and testers through handovers and clarification sessions
Assist testing activities (SIT, UAT) and support defect investigation
Contribute to user documentation and knowledge transfer
Data, Metrics Analysis
Analyse data required to support business requirements and assess feasibility using available data
Understand how data is generated and used across business processes and source systems
Apply existing KPIs definitions consistently across reports and datasets
Identify data gaps or quality issues and escalate appropriately
AI Innovation
Contribute to AI/automation initiatives by documenting as-is processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Review emerging recruitment AI solutions against Page Groups framework to inform adoption decisions and future roadmap thinking

¿Tienes un nivel de Inglés avanzado?
Professional proficiency in English (run interviews and meetings, produce high quality documentation)
Structured and analytical mindset
Ability to analyse data using Excel and/or basic scripting (e.g. SQL or Python)
Understanding of data concepts (tables, joins, fields)
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Quality-driven and outcome-focused
High level of autonomy and sense of ownership
Business focussed with strong interpersonal and networking skills, being able to establish and maintain solid, trusting relationships with project stakeholders at all levels
Willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
