The Opportunity
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Technology Development team and become part of an international, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.

Your Mission
As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to optimize software delivery processes by leading the adoption of Agile methodologies and acting as the bridge between business and technology to ensure high-quality releases. You will contribute to business and people development while aligning your work with the company s strategy.
What will you do day to day?
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective), ensuring they are productive and stay within the agreed timebox
Identify and proactively remove impediments affecting the development team, managing external dependencies when necessary
Coach and mentor the team and Product Owner on Agile principles, helping refine the Product Backlog and prioritize effectively
Monitor Agile metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, and Lead Time to improve predictability and team efficiency in a sustainable way
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with specific training in Agile frameworks
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master within software development teams (IT environments)
Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
English level B2/C1 with the ability to facilitate sessions in international and distributed teams
Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution abilities
Nice to Have
Official certifications such as PSM I/II (Scrum.org) or CSM (Scrum Alliance)
Experience with scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
Previous technical background as a developer to better understand the team s technical challenges
