Maintenance Leader
Oversees and monitors the maintenance plan for facilities and general buildings.
Manages and tracks budgets and investments dedicated to equipment and facility maintenance and improvements, including external service providers.
Selects, contracts, and supervises external companies performing maintenance tasks, service installations, and production system enhancements.
Collaborates with Engineering teams on new installation projects.
Ensures adherence to legal requirements related to installations and maintenance activities.
Provides assistance to the Safety, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention Coordinator.
Takes ownership of processes, ensuring activities align with Company Process.
Applies and complies with the companys Code of Conduct.
Lead maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in maintenance management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of building and facility maintenance practices.
Expertise in budget control and supplier negotiation.
