Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone email or chat
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
Tracking and fully documenting request problem-solving process
Coordinating with the technical team to resolve advanced issues
Preparing and presenting reports on help desk performance
Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service

You will work for an important multinational company in the industrial sector. Company in full digital transformation at a global level based in Granada.

A successful Help Desk professional should have
A degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
High level of English.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and help desk software.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
