IT Applications Support Engineer
Manage and prioritise incidents and service requests according to SLAs, ensuring clear and timely stakeholder communication.
Support project delivery and ensure smooth transition of new solutions into operational support.
Lead communication during high impact incidents, ensuring transparency and efficient resolution.
Work with external vendors and partners on incidents, service needs, system enhancements, and project activities.
Provide cross functional support to other teams in analysing and resolving application-related issues.
Participate in system enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan, review, and implement application changes following ITSM standards and Change Management processes.
Ensure all changes are properly documented, communicated, and effectively adopted by end users.
Maintain strong security practices, including adherence to policies, vulnerability management, and remediation of audit findings.
Manage user access and permissions to ensure compliance and data protection.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation (architecture, configurations, processes, issues, recovery plans).
Contribute to business continuity and operational resilience, including recovery planning and execution.
Provide out of hours support when required for critical incidents or maintenance.

Proven experience in application support or system administration, with bonus value for development, database, or BI exposure.
Technical skills in Windows Server 2012+, SQL Server, MS Internet Information Services (IIS), Sharepoint / OneDrive, PowerShell.
Strong customer centric mindset with excellent communication and service quality focus.
Analytical and process driven, able to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Comfortable in fast paced, evolving, and multicultural environments.
Strong prioritisation, ownership, and end to end issue resolution skills.
Highly detail oriented with strong organisational and analytical abilities.
Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions.
Resilient under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
Fluent in English additional languages (Spanish, French) are a plus.
