Data Scientist (end client company)

Build and optimize scalable, production-grade data pipelines using AWS (Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift)
Support the transition from legacy DWH to a lakehouse architecture (bronze/silver/gold)
Ensure documentation, data quality and efficient ETL/ELT processes
Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations and stakeholder report
Design, deploy, and maintain ML models (supervised, unsupervised, time series)
Develop reproducible pipelines and monitor model performance for continuous improvement
Build dashboards and self service analytics using Power BI, QlikView, and Python/R
Define data and analytics standards with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and governance teams
Act as SME on statistics, predictive analytics, and AI integration
Participate in multi country governance, metadata, and data quality processes
Implement automated workflows for testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML solutions
Integrate ML operations with CI/CD and IaC pipelines to support DevSecOps

Must have:
5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modelling
Advanced SQL, strong Python and/or R skills, and experience deploying ML models
Expertise with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, Redshift)
Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and hybrid cloud environments
Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView)
Nice to have:
Experience in financial or regulated industries
Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, DORA, or EU data regulations
AWS certifications, QlikView experience, and Visual Basic with MS Access
