IT Product Owner (eCommerce)
Define and manage the product roadmap for the digital Commerce domain, translating business goals into prioritised product initiatives and requirements.
Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation and visibility.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to deliver product enhancements.
Monitor product performance through relevant business and customer metrics.
Coordinate product releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment across multiple teams working within a broader transformation programme.
Drive customer-centric decision-making across digital commerce journeys.
Promote efficient and scalable ways of working within the product organisation.
Permanent position in end-client of the retail sector in transformation.
Hybrid model of 2 days of remote work per week, with offices in Madrid.
A successful Commerce IT Product Owner should have:
Experience of at least 4 years as an IT Product Owner, Product Manager or similar in digital or eCommerce products.
Proven experience defining roadmaps and prioritising product backlogs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Ability to use data and business metrics to support decision-making.
Experience collaborating with external partners and technology vendors.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar commerce platforms is highly desirable.
Fluent English communication skills.
