Position Title: Cloud Engineer AWS Azure
Location: Madrid (Hybrid)
JobDescription:
We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in AWS and Azure to join a strategic
project in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and
administering complex cloud infrastructures, as well as a solid background in on-premises systems and hybrid
environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable and secure solutions on AWS and Azure.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across hybrid environments.
Lead and contribute to cloud migration projects and infrastructure modernization.
Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation to automate deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud-
based solutions.
Provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of cloud services.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Technical Engineering or related field.
7 to 10 years of overall experience, with 5+ years in cloud-specific roles.
Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-level cloud solutions on AWS and Azure.
Strong expertise in Terraform and CloudFormation for IaC practices.
Solid understanding of hybrid cloud strategies and integration with on-premise infrastructure.
Experience working in large, complex environments and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud security frameworks and best practices.
Experience in the utilities industry is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
