Interim CRM Team Excellence
Managing European CRM and In-Field Team Excellence capabilities, acting as the primary interface between business, IT and global teams.
Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for In-Field Team Excellence, driving CRM and IT technologies to coordinate programs and ensure alignment between local market needs and global technology strategies.
Working closely with stakeholders, global IT, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technological solutions, support local adoption, and maximize the business value of enterprise platforms, taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives and contributing to strategic decision-making at European level.
Managed KPIs, risks, and delivery across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Salesforce and Veeva CRM Management and willing to collaborate with the global team to implement improvements, upgrades and future actions to be taken.
CRM Business Partner (Veeva)

A successful CRM Team Excellence professional should have:
3+ years of experience as an IT professional in the pharmaceutical industry, with European scope.
A background in CRM systems and their applications (Veeva would be appreciated).
Knowledge of the Life Science industry and its processes and ability to work autonomously in complex, multi-country environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
