Agile Project Manager

Ensure team adheres to Scrum practices and principles. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning review, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments, resolve urgent issues and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth progress.
Mentor, coach and help the Salesforce team in the implementation of Agile best practices by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Close collaboration and coordination with Salesforce IT Vertical leader to align stakeholders priorities with available IT Vertical resources
Act as liaison or main point of contact between the Scrum team, the other Technology Dept. teams and all other company stakeholders
Ensure on-time delivery as well as transparency and accountability over the progress made vis- -vis the business functions over the teams progress and project health
Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, risk analysis and resource management for projects and work streams involving the Salesforce IT Vertical
Reporting on key agile metrics such as sprint velocity, sprint burndown, release burndown, progress release, cycle time, lead time, throughput, customer satisfaction and team satisfaction.
Ensure projects are properly prioritized, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our IT Global Demand and Program Management team in order to support all initiatives impacting the Salesforce Center of Excellence.
You will join a Team where the pool of Project Managers Scrum Masters resides. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple SalesForce projects in close coordination with the Salesforce IT Vertical lead and collaboration with multiple stakeholders form the Technology team and the businesses teams.
We are seeking for an individual with strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum framework. You will act as an Agile champion within the organization to promote agile best practices and coach the team members on Scrum. We aim to find someone that is proficient in the utilization of Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc. to be able to implement project status dashboards for executive communication.
Additionally, the person should prove good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities and adapt to changing requirements and environments.
Project management skills of scoping, planning, execution, budget tracking, handover to the business operations team and issuing status reports are required.
We are in search of a team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Exceptional command of both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally.
