IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager will ensure the successful delivery and on-going optimization of the Tech solutions for the European region. The focus of the role will be to ensure solutions across front-end, back-end and integration layers are in place, and Franchisee partners have needed capabilities, processes, knowledge and skill to drive Technology.
The goal is to make sure customer employee experience across all IT systems is relevant. This position will work collaboratively across the functional headquarter teams as well as the functional Franchisee teams.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy (10 )
Work with Franchisees partners for the countries in scope to build the tech project roadmap based on Global strategy, local needs, and corporate standards.
Support Franchisees partners in Implementation of Tech Operating Model for the countries in scope
Measure and report on Tech roadmap implementation progress
Definition/Enhancement of Technical Standards (40 )
Assist in assessing Franchisses Functional standards compliance and Tech operation model compliance.
Train, measure and follow-up with Franchisee partners on Tech Operating Model standards compliance to achieve target levels.
Help the markets design plans to increase adherence to standards and make recommendations
Support in corporate Tech Operating Model development and improvement. Design target processes, procedures.
Governance (40 )
Work together with Franchisees partners, Europe Regional Digital team, Marketing, OPS, Development, and other relevant parties to identify Franchisee partners needs, gaps, recommendations, and target roadmap in IT.
Support Franchisee partners in the solutions assessment, implementation process, delivery and decision-making around target tech stack.
Consult Franchisee partners in the solutions support process, ensuring that all required resources, SLA, KPI, performance reporting are in place.
Provide structured reporting on Market Tech status per markets to Digital Squad and line manager.
Identify training needs and coach Franchisee IT/Tech team
Train support Franchisee partners in building effective Tech operating model and solid, selfsufficient technological capabilities.
Partnering (10 )
Building relationships with Franchisee business stakeholders
Building relationships with technology vendors
Be a subject matter expert (advisor and consultant) for Franchisees in relation to helping them advance the adoption of standards.
Drive and test innovation in conjunction with Franchisees, and ensuring that innovations which are created in one market are rapidly codified and shared with other markets to drive adoption.
Lead and develop a culture of best practice sharing in the region to constantly improve the base levels of technology adoption

The IT Project Manager will have the following
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Technology, Education, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years experience as a Project Manager / IT operation (both IT projects and supporting IT systems)
Experience in Fast-Food, Quick Service Restaurants technologies/systems is a significant plus
Good understanding of Tech operating model concepts, principles, processes, and metrics: System selection, Platform implementation, IT support organization etc.
Genuine desire to develop and grow counterparts with basic maturity levels across a number of topics
Experience developing effective, pragmatic standards frameworks.
Ability to bridge gaps of understanding between business and technical partners
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Results orientation, good communicational skills.
Fluently English speaking
