IT Senior Project Manager - Contractor
Coordinate all IT projects and activities.
Act as a bridge between local business users (Florida - USA) and Corporate IT (Madrid - Spain).
Coordinate different consulting companies and technicians.
Identify gray areas and potential risks and define corrective actions.
Define applications roadmap in coordination with Corporate IT.
Manage budget adherence.
Make sure all projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.
Ensure quality of the key project phases (definition, design, testing and training).
Ensure the right level of documentation in all projects.
Monitor progress of IT projects and activities, identifying dependencies or bottlenecks.
Communicate to business directors and IT Director the progress of IT projects.
Communicate clearly decisions to senior management.

+10 years of experience in international IT projects.
Confirmed Project Management experience.
Experience implementing ERP and CRM.
Experience coordinating several projects in parallel.
Ability to manage project budget.
Must have experience dealing with various levels within company.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
Capacity to motivate the team and manage key users in a project environment.
Good presentation skills.
It is plus: Oracle JD-Edwards and Salesforce Sales experience, working experience in USA.
