We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management engineering team. In your role you will be mainly developing, but not restricted to, ITSM, GRC/IRM and SecOps Streams.

- Custom Application Development and Module Configurations

- Workflow and Process Automation
- Performance Optimisation and Troubleshooting
- Adhere to Security and Access Control Management policies
YOUR PROFILE
- Advanced Scripting and Coding Expertise
- Platform Architecture Understanding
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking
- Integration and Interoperability Skills
- Collaborative Communication
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
- Experience of at least 5 years as ServiceNow ITSM Developer
- Experience of at least 3 years as ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps Developer
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Custom Applications
- Fluent written and spoken English
