Marketing Manager Iberia - Medical Devices

As Marketing Manager Iberia you will translate and execute regional marketing plans to local expectation, drive brand awareness, doctor sign up and growth within OPEX budget including:
Strategy Planning as part of the Annual Operational Plan
Localize campaign, sales educational material, etc
Local Congress + exhibitions
Implementation of media Planning including Digital
OPEX Budget Management
Campaign Management
Partnering with sales team for quarterly tactics
Proactively represent the country and our customers providing insights and analytics for new product global strategy development
Focusing on end-to-end excellence for the products and have the ability to see the big picture for opportunities
Use analytics and insights (including campaign ROI, customer reimbursement and competition) to support execution of the marketing plan
Support KOL network (speakers, top customers, mentors, institutions) relationship maintenance to enhance plans execution
Development of country market insights and analytics to successfully execute country market plans
Drive + own communication as part of a multi-disciplinary team to drive and execute the marketing plan
Identify and champion local growth opportunities in addition to the regional plan
Cross functional coordination with Sales and finance teams to support business growth
Work cross-functionally with the regional and local marketing team members in developing an idea and gaining support from all stakeholders
Train and educate country stakeholders on required aspects of brand + brand strategy including development of training collateral
Utilize digital communication platforms to deliver plan
4-6 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing
Fluent English
Bachelors degree or above, preferably in a marketing or business management related field
Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a plus
4-6 years of relevant experience in Marketing with a focus on Brand Performance based Marketing and/or Product Management
Experience in Medical Devices would be an advantage, but we are equally open to profiles with relevant experience in B2B industries or prescriber-led marketing environments, particularly where sales are channelled through professional intermediaries

Highly Organized, results oriented and with sense of urgency
Proactive mindset and able to work with autonomy
Passionate, positive, and energetic and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and get things done.
Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups.
Expert in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and overall computer organizational skills
20-30 of travel required.
As Marketing Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for Spain and Portugal in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Sr Marketing Manager of Iberia. You will be based in the Madrid office.
