Analytics Manager - Health Industry / Data AI

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to join our Public Service Applied Intelligence Group, focused on the Health industry in Iberia. Were seeking a talented, collaborative, and fun professional who brings deep knowledge in data analytics and thrives working with top-tier clients in their digital transformation journey.
Your role will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of data analytics strategies for major Health clients in Iberia.
- Designing and deploying modern data architectures and platforms to support business growth and innovation.
- Identifying new opportunities and offerings to expand our Applied Intelligence footprint in the Health sector.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, technology, operations) to deliver impactful solutions.
The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to foster strong team synergies.
Candidates must reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation projects based on cloud data platforms, AI/ML, and advanced analytics.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide strategic vision in the design of analytics solutions for the Health sector.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies and agile methodologies.
