Systems & Infrastructure Engineer

Provide Level 2 support for IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
Manage and resolve medium-to-high complexity technical incidents.
Collaborate in system and platform integration projects, including ERP environments.
Support infrastructure deployments, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
Monitor and maintain systems, servers, and network performance.
Work closely with senior network administrators on deployment and mapping initiatives.
Document technical environments, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer (L2 / mid-level).
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
Solid understanding of networking and communications (intermediate level).
Experience managing general IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
Previous exposure to environments with multiple system integrations is highly valued.
Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
