You Are:

A Sales Director with 10 15+ years of enterprise sales experience, passionate about driving high value, outcome led digital transformation. You thrive in complex environments, build trusted relationships at C suite level, and excel at shaping and closing large, strategic deals.

You act as a trusted advisor, confidently connecting business strategy and technology, and work closely with Solutions, Sales Enablement, and global delivery teams to co create differentiated value propositions. This is a pure sales leadership role, with no direct delivery ownership.

The Opportunity

Strategic Growth High Value Business Development

- Identify, define, and develop value led IT solutions and services aligned to client strategic priorities.
- Uncover opportunities where technology acts as a catalyst for transformation, efficiency, and innovation.
- Drive net new business within large enterprise and strategic accounts across Industry, Retail, and Energy.
- Shape complex, multi tower opportunities that position UST as a long term transformation partner.

Executive Client Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and sustain C level and senior stakeholder relationships within enterprise clients.
- Position UST as a strategic advisor, bridging business outcomes with technology enablement.
- Lead executive conversations, discovery workshops, and value definition sessions.

Collaboration with Solutions Sales Enablement

- Partner closely with Solutions Architects and Sales Enablement teams.
- Co create differentiated, outcome driven propositions and go to market strategies.
- Develop business cases, executive proposals, and high impact presentations.

Opportunity Leadership Deal Closure

- Own and lead the end to end enterprise sales cycle, from qualification to closure.
- Navigate complex buying processes and multi stakeholder decision environments.
- Negotiate and close high value, strategic commercial agreements.
- Ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams while maintaining strong executive sponsorship.

Pipeline, Forecasting Reporting

- Build, manage, and convert a robust enterprise pipeline aligned to growth targets.
- Maintain strong forecast discipline and visibility of risks and opportunities.
- Report directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Global Collaboration

- Work with international UST teams and participate in global initiatives.
- Operate confidently in English across global stakeholders.

What You Bring

- 10 15+ years in senior enterprise sales or strategic account roles.
- Proven success in consultative selling of IT services and digital transformation solutions.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C suite stakeholders.
- Experience working in close partnership with Solutions and Sales Enablement teams.
- Fluent English additional European languages are a plus.
