What you will do:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) users.
- Administer and manage Jira and JSM instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
- Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet team needs.
- Implement and maintain JSM projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira and JSM features and best practices.
What you bring who you are:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 2+ years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Jiras customization options (workflows, permissions, notifications, etc.).
- Ideally, experience with advanced Jira customizations, REST APIs, or scripting languages like Groovy or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Fluent in English German and/or Spanish is a plus.
