System Support Provide technical support to users addressing hardware software and connectivity issues.
Examinations Help in the preparation and conduct of examinations ensuring smooth operations and technical support as needed.
Purchases Assess the adequacy of platforms and hardware and make purchases within an allocated budget.
Communication with systems providers.
International School. Located in Barcelona.
Education Formal education in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
Technical Skills Windows and iOS environments hardware troubleshooting familiarity with Visual Learning Environment Platforms CRM ERP and/or Online Assessment Platforms would be advantageous.
Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively interact with users and document procedures in a multi-cultural and collaborative environment.
Problem-Solving Abilities Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently or collaboratively within a team.
