At the Telco Hub in Madrid, we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. Our teams operate in cross-country and cross-functional squads, delivering cutting-edge services to Europes most valued Operator.

The Tribe Data is responsible for a system landscape of central components of the fixed and mobile network, which encompasses a wide range of different systems and platforms.
The T-DAT SDM Lifecycle Squad is responsible for the planning and operation of the central network databases (CNTDB) for all access networks (mobile, fixed-line, M2M), as well as HLR/HSS throughout their entire lifecycle, along with 5GC-relevant systems such as UDM AUSF. This includes ensuring the stable operation of the SDM platform, as well as the deployment and piloting of the systems in a cloud environment.
As part of this job posting, one Solution Designer is being sought for the SDM LifecycleSquad.
Responsibilities and Duties
End-to-end operation of the frontend systems in the 5G Core domain (UDM, AMF, SMF, NRF) as well as the 4G Core (HSS and DRA) in a cloud environment
Monitoring of frontend systems in the 5G/4G Core domain with Kibana and Grafana
Incident resolution and support for problem management
Checking the cloud cluster status using kubectl and k9s
Adjusting configurations using GitOps, including change management
Protocol-level tracing using NetScout and Wireshark
Qualifications
Must-have requirements:
In-depth knowledge and experience in the area of 5G Core (UDM, AMF, SMF, NRF)
Confident use of tools such as kubectl, k9s, Kibana, Grafana, GitOps, Netscout and Wireshark
Experience in YAML and JSON is an advantage experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
Basic willingness to take on on-call duty after thorough training.
