About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in SFDC Development and Customization Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Lightning. You will be focusing on SFDC-Integration and Configuration. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Development and Customization to meet business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance operational efficiency.
- Configure Financial Service Cloud to optimize financial processes and improve user experience.
- Implement SFDC Lightning components to enhance the user interface and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain and update Salesforce configurations to adapt to changing business requirements.
- Document technical specifications and processes to ensure clarity and continuity in development projects.
- Conduct testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing Salesforce capabilities impacting business growth and customer satisfaction.
What you need to have to be considered:
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Lightning.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC-Integration and Configuration to deliver robust solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English and native Spanish for effective collaboration.
- Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a nice to have enhancing domain expertise.
- Have a keen interest in staying updated with Salesforce advancements to drive innovation.
