Senior Data Strategist
Data Strategy Lifecycle Management: Lead the definition and execution of end-to-end data strategies, covering the entire lifecycle from data collection and enrichment to activation and performance tracking. Ensure data ecosystems are scalable, actionable, and aligned with business and CRM goals, while identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement in data capabilities.
Strategic Guidance (B2C B2B): Develop data-driven recommendations tailored to both B2C and B2B environments, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer experience strategies, and market-specific needs. Simplify complex data concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
Strategy Frameworks Assets: Design and maintain key data strategy deliverables such as frameworks, governance guidelines, roadmaps, and capability models, providing clear direction on how data should be structured, managed, and leveraged across markets.
Use Case Development: Identify and lead high-impact data use cases, guiding them from initial concept through validation and scalable rollout. Assess feasibility, expected value, and scalability before deployment, and support the transition from pilots to operational solutions.
Measurement Performance: Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of data initiatives, ensuring consistency across markets and fostering a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization.
Collaboration Enablement: Work closely with Marketing, CRM, CX, and Technology teams to embed data into business initiatives and customer experience strategies. Act as a key link between technical and business stakeholders, while supporting markets in increasing their data maturity and strategic capabilities over time.

Extensive background in data strategy, analytics, or consulting roles within large-scale, multi-country environments.
Strong track record in designing and executing comprehensive data strategies across the entire data lifecycle, including collection, governance, activation, and performance evaluation.
Proven expertise in delivering data-driven strategic insights across both B2C and B2B landscapes.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex data concepts into clear, practical recommendations for non-technical audiences.
Experience in shaping and delivering impactful data use cases, from initial concept through validation and scalable implementation.
Solid knowledge of how data supports CRM, customer experience, personalization, and informed business decisions.
Hands-on experience defining performance frameworks, KPIs, and measurement models across different markets.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, acting as a connector between business, marketing, CRM, CX, and technology teams.
Professional fluency in English is required additional languages are considered an advantage.
