Descripción
As a BDR at Axxis you will be responsible for the first contact with prospects (inbound + outbound) and for generating high-quality, ICP-fit meetings for the AEs. You will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and account penetration using prospecting tools and having disciplined filling up the CRM.
Objective: Generate qualified pipeline for the AEs by converting inbound and outbound into ICP-fit meetings and sales-accepted opportunities, and pipeline best practices.
Minimum qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS / technology(Must)
• Proven track record of overachieving (meetings / pipeline targets)
• Strong organization and CRM best practices
• Comfortable working with remote teams and time zones
• Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Arabic is a strong plus depending on region)
Preferred qualifications
• Startup/Tech experience
• Experience in regulated markets(insurance, fintech, core systems)
• Named-account prospecting experience
Responsibilities
• Run targeted outbound campaigns to named ICP accounts.
• Qualify and route inbound requests using Axxis’ ICP criteria.
• Generate qualified meetings per month with the right stakeholders.
• Build stakeholder maps (multi-thread) and expand contacts inside target accounts.
• Create Sales Accepted Opportunities on CRM.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM: last meaningful contact, next step date mainly.
• Share weekly learnings (objections, triggers, messaging that converts).
