Data & AI Compliance Analyst
Our client is a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
We are hiring a Data AI Compliance Analyst to join the Global Security Team.
your functions
The AI Compliance Analyst supports the design, implementation, and operation of the organization s Data AI governance and compliance framework. The role ensures that artificial intelligence systems are developed, procured, deployed, and operated in alignment with applicable regulations (e.g., EU AI Act), internal policies, and ethical standards. This position operates at the intersection of compliance, data/AI, and business, translating regulatory requirements into actionable controls and supporting monitoring activities across the AI lifecycle.
1. AI Governance Framework Support
Support the implementation and maintenance of the AI governance framework aligned with standards such as:
o EU AI Act
o NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)
o ISO/IEC 42001
Maintain AI policies, procedures, and internal standards (e.g., acceptable use, human oversight, risk classification)
2. Risk Compliance Assessment
Perform AI risk assessments prior to deployment:
o Risk classification (e.g., high-risk vs low-risk AI use cases)
Bias, fairness, transparency, and explainability checks
Support third-party/vendor AI assessments, working with Procurement and TPRM teams
Contribute to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) where AI is involved
3. AI System Inventory Documentation
Maintain the AI systems inventory and risk register
Ensure completeness of:
o Model documentation (model cards, system descriptions)
o Data lineage and consent traceability
Track compliance evidence for audits and regulatory reviews
4. Monitoring Controls
Support ongoing monitoring of AI systems for:
o Model drift and performance degradation
o Bias/fairness metrics deviations
Assist in defining and tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for AI systems
5. Regulatory Policy Alignment
Monitor emerging AI regulations and standards and assess applicability
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulations into operational controls
Contribute to internal guidance and awareness materials
6. Incident Issue Management
Support investigation and documentation of AI-related incidents or risks
Assist with remediation tracking and reporting
Contribute to regulatory reporting if applicable
7. Training Awareness
Support delivery of AI compliance and ethics training
Promote awareness across business, engineering, and product teams
position requisites
- Formación: Grado
- Idiomas: Francés: C1, Inglés: C1
- Conocimientos: gestión de auditoria y seguridad de la información normas iso 27001
- Experiencia: 5 años
Education
Bachelor s or Master s in:
o Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, OR
o Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Public Policy
Experience
5 10 years in one or more of the following:
o Compliance / Risk Management
o Data governance or privacy
o Cybersecurity
o Devsecops
o Data governance and data analytics
At least 3 years in:
o Artificial Intelligence. Governance and/or delivery
Exposure to regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, industrial, etc.) is preferred
