DevOps Engineer Hybrid
Location: Madrid, Ciudad Lineal
About the role
Are you a passionate DevOps Engineer with a knack for automation and a desire to build robust, scalable systems? Join our dynamic team in the construction industry and help us revolutionize our application deployment process. You ll be a key player in ensuring our software gets to production quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and security.
What you ll do
-Collaborate with product development teams to automate builds and streamline our CI/CD pipelines.
-Support services before they go live, providing expert guidance on system design, capacity planning, and launch reviews.
-Use automation to scale our systems sustainably, driving continuous improvements in reliability, speed, and security.
-Work with our IT Product teams to deploy the latest software versions in cloud environments.
-Collaborate with other DevOps teams to ensure new environments meet all requirements and adhere to best practices.
-Deliver key architectural proposals, create and manage procedures using -Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
What we re looking for
Must-Haves:
-Jenkins and GitHub Actions: Strong experience managing and leveraging these tools.
-Helm Templates: Expertise in writing Helm templates to deploy resources in ROSA.
-Docker: Experience creating Docker images using Dockerfiles and S2I.
-Kubernetes/OpenShift: Proven experience deploying and managing resources in these platforms.
-Gitflow: Strong knowledge of version control with Git and experience creating new workflows.
-Linux: Solid experience working in a Linux environment.
-On-Call Availability: Willingness to be on-call when required.
Nice-to-haves:
-AWS: Knowledge of deploying resources and architecting solutions in AWS using Terraform.
-Code Analysis: Familiarity with tools like Sonarqube and GHAS, and experience with performance testing (Jmeter).
-Scripting: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
