Junior Project Manager en hibrido.
Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)
Manage end-to-end projects from initiation to closure ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives scope and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
Coordinate resources both internal and external to ensure project milestones are met.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Facilitate meetings workshops and calls with project teams and clients.
Employ Agile methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in Consulting or similar roles.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Analytical profile with the ability to synthesize information and agile adaptation to change.
High level of English proficiency fluent/negotiation.
Technical knowledge of IT systems and processes is highly valuated

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate vision into strategic plans.
