YOUR CHALLENGE
- Senior OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator to provide developments and 3rd Level support to our platform
- Maintain the platform and its infrastructure
- Provide 3rd level support
Be the primary contact for:
- Platform Owner
- BJB Technical Issues and OpenText
- Internal development requests from stakeholders
- Develop stories for our Platform and, as well, Onsite Support, Electronic Workplace, Infrastructure, Networking and Telecom Teams
- Write test cases
- Track Release status together with Release Management
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as OpenText Asset Manager Engineer and Administrator
- Strong background in software engineering
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Expertise in ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Spanish and German is a plus
