IT Operations Expert T24 100% (f/m/d)

Let s shape the future of wealth management together. As a member of the IT Core Operations team, ensure smooth running of jobs and interfaces, e.g. applications or databases. Responsibilities include monitoring , start and stop of jobs, queues, processes and perform deployments.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Ensure smooth running of processes and interfaces
- Execute and supervise the close of business
- Maintaining production and test environments
- Deployment of artefacts in Production and test environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled jobs
- Automate tasks where ever possible
- Resolves and closes incidents /service requests from Global IT-Service Desk as per procedures allocated timelines
- Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis
- Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
- Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures
- Complete daily and periodic checklists
- Produce IT reporting (KPIs) to IT Management
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
- Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4) Scheduling
- Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage
- Strong Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to write technical support documentation
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English, Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours/Shifts/weekends when needed
- Initiative and Team player
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
- Ability to work under pressure
- Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral
