IT Transformation Delivery Expert
The consultant will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT/Digital teams, and external partners, supporting process improvements through digital solutions, including automation (RPA), SAP, retail systems, and cross-functional business applications.
Lead demand management activities, ensuring business needs are clearly captured, structured, and prioritized.
Act as a key liaison between business and IT/Digital teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution.
Act as key liaison between HQ IT Teams and Local IT Teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project execution.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for implementation.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to implementation and stabilization.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
Drive process optimization initiatives through digital solutions, including automation (RPA) and retail tools, SAP and other Business Technology Tools.
Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Support continuous improvement in ways of working between business and IT.

Experience Qualifications
6-10 years of experience delivering IT or digital solutions, ideally within consulting firms.
Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and project management.
Strong background in business applications and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working in multi-market or international environments.
Exposure to different functional domains is highly valued.
Technical Functional Skills
Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
Experience working across multiple technologies and application landscapes.
Knowledge of business applications ecosystems (ERP, CRM, retail systems, etc.).
Experience with process automation (RPA) and digital solutions for process improvement is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel within complex environments.
Preferred Skills Competencies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive business process improvements.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets.
Experience across business domains such as Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail or E-commerce.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions.
Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate both at strategic and execution levels.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
