Enterprise Agile Coach

What you will do:
- Lead Agile adoption, driving cultural shifts toward collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and leaders.
- Facilitate Agile practices, structures, and ceremonies, ensuring effective outcomes.
- Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
- Support scaling Agile practices across departments, creating best-practice frameworks.
- Define and track KPIs aligned with Axpos digitalization strategy to measure success.
- Foster continuous learning and establish Communities of Practice to drive adoption.
What you bring who you are:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar role.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like Atlassian Jira.
- Skilled in designing and delivering training, with certifications (e.g., SPC, PST) a plus.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and metrics to support Agile workflows.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English and Spanish German is an advantage.
