Engineering Manager
In this role, youll directly manage 5 engineers and provide strategic leadership to a broader team of 35 industrial engineers, driving new product industrialization, process optimization, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop 5 direct reports and a wider team of 35 engineers
Drive industrialization of new products and production lines
Optimize manufacturing processes (including SMT, automation, testing)
Ensure timely launches and continuous improvement
Manage investments, equipment reuse, and cost-efficiency initiatives
Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and strong documentation
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
Multinational company - Automotive Sector
Lead a key team - Tarragona area
Degree in Industrial Engineering (Masters is a plus)
Proven leadership in engineering/manufacturing environments
Fluent English excellent communication and organizational skills
Automotive background, ideally in electronics
Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven mindset
