We are looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack (Java + Angular) to lead the development and lifecycle of strategic IT products for a key client in the international banking sector. Our hubs in Madrid, Málaga, and Warsaw are driving transformation through cutting-edge technology.
Job Description
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:
As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will guide and inspire a development squad to deliver best-in-class software. Youll take ownership of architecture, engineering standards, and technical mentoring.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years experience with Java and Spring Framework.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript + Angular.
- Solid SQL and relational DB experience.
- Microservices architecture knowledge.
- Experience with testing tools (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
- Experience with tools like Stencil is a plus.
- Leadership skills and agile mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
EDUCATION:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
