We are selecting a person in last year of Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, interested in being trained in RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. At least 6 months intership period in our office in Valencia.
Possible professional incorporation after the internship period.
An extremly high level of English and Spanish is essential, a third language will be a plus (Italian, French, German...).
Responsabilities:
* Assisting in recruiting and selecting national and international profiles.
* CV screening. Posting offers.
* Collaborating in face-to-face/online interviews.
* Writing reports in English and Spanish.
* Correcting language tests.
* Content writing. Posting on social networks.
* Collaborating in attending national and international clients.
* Knowing the ins and outs of the company. Final year of Bachelor's or Master's student (Translation and Interpretation, Human Resources, Economics, Law...).
* Essential high level of English and Spanish (minimum C1). Valuable command of a third language.
* Essential possibility of signing an internship agreement.
* Good knowledge of MSOffice.
* Knowledge of social networks, LinkedIn, Google Adwords. (Valuable)
* Responsible, dynamic, flexible, analytical, decisive person, adaptability and learning capacities, vocation for service and able to work independently and in a team.
