IT Support (temporary)
Are you motivated by bringing structure, stability and service excellence to IT operations? You could be the IT Support professional who helps strengthen and streamline our IT setup across Iberia.

A company focused on the research and development of new and innovative treatments for brain disorders.
your functions
You will join the Finance Commercial Excellence team.
The team works closely with business stakeholders, HQ IT, GBS and external vendors to ensure that technology effectively supports commercial and financial operations.
position requisites
- Formación: FP Grado Superior
- Conocimientos: crm veeva
- Experiencia: 2 años
3-5 years of experience in IT operations or second-level application support.
Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Veeva).
Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps / Power BI).
Fluency in both Spanish and English (mandatory).
A Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems or a related field is required

Hours: Flexible schedule
Remote work: 2 days a week (hybrid)
