Proficiency in Python Django PostgreSQL JavaScript (including TypeScript) and React.

Experience or familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) location data and technologies like OpenLayers MapServer GeoServer and PostGIS.
Experience with public clouds especially AWS.
