Microsoft F&O Consultant
As an ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding multiple compañía units through the implementation and rollout of a standardized ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (D365 F O). You will act as the functional expert within the Inventory to Deliver (ITD) and/or Production, Planning Logistics (PLP) domains, ensuring alignment between compañía needs and IT solutions while supporting teams through a structured digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ERP implementation and rollout projects in collaboration with internal interesadas and external partners.
- Act as the functional lead in production, planning, inventory, and warehouse management domains, providing subject-matter expertise.
- Serve as the main liaison between compañía and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document compañía requirements.
- Analyse and model existing compañía processes across different compañía units and departments.
- Support the design and implementation of new compañía processes, focusing on optimisation and standardisation.
- Monitor project delivery in terms of scope, quality, and alignment with business expectations.
- Validate that delivered ERP solutions meet defined business requirements and objectives.
Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Compañía Analyst in ERP environments.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations is required.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is considered an advantage.
- Strong functional expertise in PLP (Production and Planning) and/or ITD (Inventory and Warehouse Management) is essential.
- Solid understanding of business process modelling and documentation, preferably using BPMN.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interesados management skills.
- High level of ownership and commitment to delivering quality outcomes, with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
