Managed user provisioning, access control, group membership, and password tasks in Azure AD / Entra ID.
Supported Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Delivered responsive, user-focused support with clear communication.
Documented incidents, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
Escalated complex issues to senior teams or external providers.
Assisted with employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective.
Provided remote and onsite user support as required.
IT Support Specialist - Madrid - English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD (user group management, MFA, Conditional Access).
Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
Able to work independently, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
High school diploma or equivalent additional studies or technical certifications are a plus.
