Position: Soporte IT (Autónomo/Backfill)
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Visits: 10 visits per month
Working Days: Monday Thursday
Language Requirement: B2 English + Local Spanish
Role Overview:
We are looking for an End User Computing (EUC) L1 Technician to provide onsite IT support in Agoncillo. The technician will handle first-level support activities and ensure smooth IT operations at the client site.
Note: This is not full time role. There will be scheduled visits in month, and youll be paid per day (up to 8 hours) for this support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 onsite IT support
Hardware support (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)
Basic troubleshooting of network and connectivity issues
Software installation and configuration
Ticket handling and documentation
Coordination with remote teams when required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in EUC / IT Support (L1)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Professional communication skills
B2 level English and fluent Spanish
Ability to work independently onsite
Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365,
