Client Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Data AI team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a company that provides a wide range of financial services including banking, insurance, and investment solutions.

Responsibilities: As a Data Governance Practitioner, you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage, and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Data Quality is required. Advanced proficiency in SQL Databases is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Data Management, advanced proficiency in Data Governance, expert proficiency in SQL Database Queries, and beginner proficiency in Google Cloud SQL are suggested.
Develop and implement innovative data governance frameworks that align with organizational goals.
Conduct regular audits of data management practices to ensure compliance with established policies.
Facilitate training sessions for team members on data governance best practices.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data quality and accessibility across the organization.
Lead initiatives to promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability within the organization.
